Right everyone I am going to get a decent trolley jack this week to replace the rubbish one that I have.

Been looking around and it's definitley going to be one of the following 2.

Anyone got any opinions, preference or experience with either one?

We use the 3000cxd at work...its been used and abused and still works fine. Fairly low access as well which comes in handy on a lowered motor.

My one mate has the bottom one, it's nice and hefty, but I do need to lift the car slighty by hand to get it under.

My other mate has this one Clarke CTJ1250A - 1¼ Tonne Aluminium Trolley Jack - Machine Mart

Which is much more suited too my car, might be a bit ropey on the weight limit though lol

No mate, thanks anyway but I have something similar and the cup is too small. I want to minimise the risk of damage when jacking the car and so don't mind paying a premium.
