can some one please help me, i have a 53 reg octavia blueline, i think the pipe to my rear wiper has popped off and the water has run in to my boot.

Where is the pipe stored, behind the plastic panel ob the boot door or behind the multi change?

is it easy to remove the plastic panel and how do i do it?????
