Indicator madness

Has anyone else had any intermittent problem with their indicators? Sometimes, if I accidentally push the lever at a slightly wrong angle, the indicators come on and are reluctant to switch off again. The switch when you try it seems okay and has a positive action, but it can be embarassing if you use headlamp flash only to have an indicator come on and not want to go off again until you've moved the switch in the exact orientation again. It happened once in December, twice in January and twice in the last couple of days, but I've only just got to the stage of being able to recreate the problem.

The Maxidot that was reset almost two weeks ago is still behaving.
