Door plastic restoration?

Does anyone know of anything to restore scuffs on the black plastic of the doors?

One of my idiot friends decided to get out the passenger side on Saturday night and clipped the door with his shoe, leaving a long scuff on the plastic I thought it was just dirt at first and tried to wipe it off but it looks like the plastic has been scuffed.

Would some of that bumper care stuff do the job or not? I think touch up paint would look cr*p and I'm not going to the lengths of buying a new door card.
