The likes of Powerflow, H&S (although one member in particular would not recommend them ;)) are your best bet for a decat system.

My local dealer will custom fit me a powerflow de-cat pipe.

Will have problems with sensors and sensor warning lights?

are the brands named above custom de-cat pipes or can you buy them off the shelf?

Has anyone got any contacts for one?

cheers powertuningsales

H&S and Supersprint are defo off the shelf.....the Blueflame one is probably a special but they also do a dp with a 100cel cat.

I would have said you'd see the CEL light come on unless they know how to get round it.

You will need to drill and mount the O2 sensors in the pipe. The CEL will be permanently on and at present cannot be mapped out in the UK

Revo can software disable the post cat sensor AFAIK.

Have decided to have a hybrid miltek system. I have two options:-

APR Hiflow Cat & Downpipe

If i buy the de-cat down pipe from usa, and install a miltek back end, this will be great until i get to the MOT.

Does anyone have any ideas on how i can pass the MOT, at little cost.

i can not put my original cat back and down tube as the new system will be 2.5 ".

If you know an MOT tested....;)

You could put the original cat back but would require having reducers at each end...would also require some cutting and a load of messing around.

This also would require you to cut the dp and have a removeable sleeve put in.

Why not go the 100cel cat route? Ok not as loud as a full decat or as free flowing but much better than standard and no messing around for MOT.

I probably will go for the 100cel route. But you have to way up the pros and cons:-

Pro:-

1) No messing about at MOT time.

Cons:-

1) The system will cost
