Couple of Squeaks!

I have a couple of annoying squeaks in my vRS.

Parcel shelf - when it's not in there's no noise coming from the area but when it's in there's a frequent squeak. Anyone got any idea what it will be?

Also under the steering wheel there's a screw holding two pieces of plastic together, and it's squeaking when going over bumps. Anyone know how to get rid of this horrible one.

rear shelf rubbing on the tailgate trim , i've padded out the speaker brackets to try and tighten the pressure on the parcel shelf buffers against the tailgate trim , but it was unsuccessful
