I was just wondering if anyone had any info recently on when the Octavia will get the140 CR to replace the PD. It's in the Passat now I noticed.

I thought the CR engine was already being used, or am I thinking this is just for the superb II ?

For the 140BHP engine, both the new Superb and the new Octy are still using the old PD unit.

which is a shame. VW have now gone over to CR for the 140 for Golf, GolfPlus and Passat, and so have Audi for the A4. Existing Seat models are still PD but the Exeo will be CR.

Surely it can't be long now for Skoda?
