Evening, want to get the VRS remapped and came across these guys whilst browsing t'internet and the price is very keen and they will fit a forge DV for extra £100!

There are a couple of members on here with the mk1 Octavia vrs that have this remap and have no problems. It is not the strongest generic remap available (unless he's changed his supplier) but i have not heard of any problems.

never had a remap done before as this is my first non NA car, when you say not as strong, what do you mean??

Don't let me put you off. I just mean its a generic map so the map is tamed down a bit to make sure there are no surging problems. There are better generic maps out there.

I get you, if it gets anywhere near the power gains reliably then i won't complain too much. Really just want a bit more oomph and to get rid of the flat spots. If it can get me that at the price then it's OK. Thanks for your help though buddy
