I think so, but the hard bit is fitting it. Have a look at the fitting guides. Depends on you mechanical ability. The bit in the instructions that worries me is reconnecting the battery after fiddling with the air bag, second to last page.

The Octavia system is completely different to the Fabia.

I'm sure Andy at A for Audi does this Ian, no idea on price but give him a bell.
