Sticky heated screen button

Featured Replies

I had the rear heated screen button replaced under warranty as it got stuck in and the previous owner decided to use a screwdriver to prize it out ().

Anyway it still seems very "sticky" compared to the others, it takes a few seconds to come out after pressing it. Just wondering if it's normal or if I should go back and see if they'll replace it again.

Might be sticking due to a burr in the plastic surround where previous owner prised it out with a screwdriver. Burr can be removed with a scalpel or fine sand paper.
