312mm brake upgrade

Featured Replies

Have got my caliper carriers sorts now, just gotta get the disks sorted, now i'm pretty sure they will but does anyone know if the 312mm disks from the 2.5tdi superb will it my 1.9tdi (130)

Can't see why not, as long as you have large enough wheel rims (at least 16in).

The brake carriers are different, and I am not sure about callipers - could have different servo rate.

I've got carriers and i have been told that the calipers are fine.

I agree with Diesel, I see no reason as to why the discs would have different mounts.

288mm/312mm callipers actually do have slightly different part number, they take the same pads though.

That's why I am thinking the servo rate is slightly different. But it really would not matter, not many people will notice that they have to push brake pedal 10% harder/lighter.

Hi guys..312mm is good, but what above 349mm from new superb?I want do 300bhp and 530nm on my 1,9 tdi...Maybe same calipers as audi TT 3,2 V6?300bhp is real goal for averyone.

If you're having 300bhp I would put some proper brakes on.

but who knows something above New Superb front breaks? can we replace them to old superb?
