crikes!!!

It is actually just the one crack, other is a reflection! Is about 40-50 cms long though from the edge of the glass

Ouch! :(

I park in the road all day for work and I came back to two nice scratches down the side of mine the other day. Planning a trip up to bodyshop to get 'em sorted soon.

Nasty. That's probably the hot weather. Mine cracked in the first cold snap last winter. The Autoglass guy who came out said that I'd probably hit a big pothole 5000 miles ago that weakened the edge somewhere and it just needed a bit of stress on the glass to crack it.

On the bright side, you don't need to clean the inside of the glass for a while now:)

Twice in last month, parked on a car park in Manchester, come back to car driver side wing mirror on floor. Second time nice little graze on the rear bumper. Getting sick of buying wing mirrors, that's the fourth one now.

My windscreen doesn't look quite that bad, but coming back up the A1 last night I was overtaken by a black Omega and shortly afterwards there was a cracking sound. There's a definite chip in the glass almost exactly in the centre and about 5 cms from the top - however the crack runs from the top of the windscreen and round in a rather artistic curve over the top of the rear view mirror - about 25-30cm in total. My insurance have told me I've got to use AutoGlass who say that can't get a mobile unit to me until Thursday next week! Keep an eye out for me visiting them in Middlesbrough tomorrow....

I've been driving around with that huge crack all week  is 2 layers of glass apparently separated by a laminate layer. Crack was only through the top layer, and was out of the line of site. was assured it was okay to drive :p

Just had it replaced. guy put the passenger side windscreen wiper back at a crooked angle so got him back! Is also loads of black mess all over the dash board and a stain or 2 on the seats. not too impressed tbh but at least its done. Got a nice cleaning session planned this weekend now!
