Can anyone tell me what the 'name' for colour code 8151 is? I am doing a little bit of touch up work and my code is 8151 on my vRS though in the log-book some helpful runt has simply put 'red'.... typical...!!!

I have a feeling it's Rally Red but can't find a paint code list for Skoda to be sure...

Strange - mine definitely has colour code 8151. This is a 2003 (53-plate) vRS 1.8T Estate.

It could, of course, be a mistake - wrong sticker or something - but in any event it's not a big problem as I'm going to a paint specialist to get my paint anyway, and they'll do a match against their reference swatches regardless of what code I apparently have or don't have...

I was in there today getting some paint for my other motor (a 330Ci) and asked to see the Skoda swatch book and although I was only going by my own visual memory, I reckoned the Rally Red to be closest to what I think is on my vRS.

Is there an online chart anywhere?

its not my night tonight, its actually under 'chips away- matching corrida red' i need to sleep!!

Corrida red (8151 on mine) is not the only red for vrs, there is a Rally red, though i dont know the code, my first vrs 51 plate was rally red, it looks a bit more orangy than Corrida red, i bought it from bigal_rallyred on here.

Thanks folks. As I mentioned, it's all academic as it'll be judged by the match to the colour swatches anyway, but it's good to know that I (probably) have Corrida Red, by the sound of it...
