That supplier appears to be the new incarnation of Allard. I can't remember exactly what the issue was with Allard, but there was quite a bit of negativity towards them when they folded and re-opened under a new name.

I'm going to get a Jabba one in August (in time for my holidays) as they can also remap out the engine warning lamp at the same time. For such a simple modification, it seems to be somewhat more complex to do properly than just bolting a length of pipe across a manifold.

I ordered one from Jabba almost 2 months ago, its taking forever to get here though! they called me last week to say they were shipping in the next few days but nothing yet? Think I paid £60 but that was for the boost guage as well.

can someone in northern ireland map out the ecu light if i do it, i can't think of anything worse having a light on a dash, do you need vag com to map them out of it?

i am thinking about buying the allard egr power pipe but alot of people have said i need to replace all the piping i.e turbo back- and intercooler piping if so whats the bast place for piping ? also would i need to clean the inlet manifold before fitting the new power pipe?

I have read several threads on a US Passat forum where people have just given up trying to clean the tar-like carp out of the inlet manifold and fitted a new one. In the US, they always fit a new inlet manifold as the labour cost in cleaning it is generally considered too great.
