my 55 reg octavia 2 vrs has the esp light staying on and I would really like to know what it means/what the fault is,

is there anyone nearby that can help me out?

Hi...The diag machine on Ebay will not do the job im afraid as it doesnt seem to do 03 Brakes....You maybe need to ask the question, will it read Brake Electronics?

See what they say...

Just a quick thought, have you just tried disconnecting the battery for half an hour and then reconnect? It sometimes resets the fault memory.

If there is a permanent fault it willcome back on, but its worth a try.

Just remember to take the usual precautions when working with batteries etc...

yes mate tried disconnecting battery, it came back on straight away, I'll need a service in a few weeks so I might wait and see what the stealers say about it,
