Right. Plugged the car in to see if there was any faults on showing before i sold it and it came up: 18009 relay for supply voltage terminal 30 j317 implausable signal.

Anybody shed some light on this??

Someone explain this to me in simple terms.........whats feked??!!

Its not going into limp mode but sometimes feels there is slightly less power than normal??

Is my turbo feked??

No idea mate, guy said he cleared so i have no way of knowing if it apperas again as i dont have vag com.

Dunno. I think we need a tech to tell us what J317 is. That will narrow it down.

J317 is the terminal 30 supply via a relay. Code most likely caused by interior light supply short circuited at some point, or relay faulty.

The battery in the key didnt work the other day and the alarm was going off when i tried opening it with the key, could this cause the code to show??
