"W" reg fabia mk1 alloys help

Featured Replies

hi all is there anyone who can kindly give me some info on what wheels would fit straight onto my fabia without any modifications

I tried to fit some 16" golf alloys to it but the wheelnuts were slightly out! although the pcd ond offset (according to halfords) were bang on, it sits perfect on the hub and the nuts DO line up fine but there slightly lower than the vw wheels nut hole

at the moment i have the standard steel wheels which are 155/70/14 5x100

i have been looking to buy some wheels off ebay on the assuption i could fit vw-audi-seat alloys to the car without mods is ther any truth in this please help thanx

any VAG 16" alloys should fit from the same era. MK1 fabia, polo, octi, golf mk4 etc.

....

sorry for being useless but what do u mean by VAG?....thanx

IIRC Mk2 Fabia and Roomster wheels will fit too. With any wheels from the Golf based cars you will need different tyres to keep your speedo running true , but the Polo based cars should bolt on with the same tyres.

VAG = Volkswagen Audi Group.

Also, add to the list mk3 golf 5bolt wheels! I think they're 5x100 and may even have the right tyres size on already.. but I'm only 90% sure of that.

I'm not sure why those golf wheels you tried didn't think, only thing I can think of is they were golf mk5 wheels (5x112) not mk3/4
