VRS - anything to look for? (think I'm going to go for tit)

Featured Replies

Hi,

I currently have a Fabia VRS, had it two years and absolutely love it. My wife has had a Vectra (57 plate) 1.8 petrol for a year now and its not very fast, although practical and does the job.

She has always liked my car a steals it at every opertunity. She has always wanted the Octavia VRS but due to money we have not been able to afford one. Anyway, found a 56 plate with 33k on the clock, has 18" alloys and is in the best colour (blue).

Now we are going to look at the weekend, just wanted to see if there is anything I should look out for?

Even though there is nothing wrong with the Vectra, think it will be hard not to swap for the VRS.

Thanks

Misspelling Thread title..........?

:eek::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Other than the fact we all know that Black Octy vRS' go faster!

At 33k miles there shouldn't be anything really to be worried about.

Just make sure you get a good test drive in it as you'll soon notice if anything doesn't feel "quite right".

Cool, can't wait for Saturday to go and have a drive.

Just noticed the title

I find It also helps if you can buy one off a fellow Briskodian

I have sold 3 on here and bought 1

Tend to be more honest about things and you can check their previous posts.

Anyway, just bought an 06 Race Blue Tfsi with 34k on, off El Presidente and it's mint.

Wanna buy it off me so I can buy hofmeisters stage 2 VRS

Cheers

Damian
