part no. for ex temp sensor?

car is at home and i need to order an outside temperature sensor,can anyone tell me the part number?

car is an 05 octy 1.6 petrol.

changed the sensor today and still getting minus 16 to 25 reading on a warm day?

any ideas,will have a look at the wiring tomorrow,

what would cause this? faulty wire? where do the wires go from the sensor?
