Just got the Aldi 2.1kw pressure washer

Featured Replies

Just got myself one of the Aldi Powercraft 2.1kw pressure washers for £59.99 reduced from £89.99. Not sure if this is nationwide - I guess it may be a case of whichever stores have stock left as this was a special around a month ago. Looking on the net it seems the cheapest they have ever been is £69 around 11 months ago So if you've put off buying one before now seems to be a good time as I believe they are rebranded old Karchers which in their time would have cost around £200-300.

Got mine from Leeds Ring Road Beeston store whatever it's called next to B&Q just off the M621. Was the only one on display (they only had room for the one on display), maybe they had more out the back but didn't think to ask, sorry.

Hope you can find one if you're after one anyway.

EDIT: Apparently this may have been a store-specific discount and is full price in some other stores.

Sounds good. Have you had a chance to try it out yet?

It's started raining :thumbdwn: lol. Also after reading the instructions I'm concerned my hose connector may fly off the tap as it has done a couple of times (tightening it more doesn't seem to reduce the risk of it flying off) - the manual says this would damage the cylinder head. So I'll look for a better tap fitting first I think.

Great purchase and the machine I have been using for a long time now..........

That is a serious bargain at that price and IMHO the machine just can't be beaten for spec, sure you will have plenty of fun with it, just make sure that the rotating brish goes no where near your paintwork on the car.................

Have since found out the pressure washer is still full price in some stores and £69.99 in another. The brush attachment seems next to useless and doubt I'll make any use of it. Had fun cleaning up my path and doorstep :) Unintentionally took some paint off my metal fence so really do need to keep a good distance from whatever's being cleaned.
