If your front wipers start acting up try regreasing the wiper pivot shafts (they stick),after removing the arms you have to remove the plastic scuttle underneath and remove the wiper motor and linkage and after releasing the circlip on the top of the arm/shaft you can pull it out from the back to be able to clean and regrease it. Should save you the cost of buying some new arms etc.cheers - Stuart.
