Lowering and Remapping.

Hello all.

I am new to the forum so havent really looked round much to find out my answers to a couple of questions. i have a Fabia vRS i have only had it for a couple of months. im looking to lower it as you all probably know they come ridiculously high, but i dont want to go stupidly low lol. so how much would you all recommend to lower by and where can i go about getting it lowered.

Secondly id like to remap the little gem... How much can i get out of a remap and where is it possible to get it done. am i better with a custom one or standard one.??
