Air-con not working

Featured Replies

It's not been working for a while which I assumed it needed regasing. So with the nice weather I took it to Kwik fit to get done.

The system removed 250ish from the system and refilled it to 550. Result before it was blowing out 29c now it's 26c :( was told their must be a fault

Somewhere and to tale it back to Skoda.

Any ideas what it could be?

Thanks

Does it work any better if you turn the air recirculation on?

Just searched and found loads of info. Getting the laptop out today to do a scan which hopfully might indicate the evap sensor plus also what might be up with the pas.

Well no faults found. :(

Looks light its going to a be a trail and error method.

my aircon is doing something similar, it just isn't getting cold and is making a annoying whistling sound..

how much did kwik-fit charge??

£45 for a re-gas. But they say if they can't improve it then its free. So in my case it was free :D
