Done it - picking up my vRS later this week - well excited.

Mine is an ASZ engine and I'm sure I saw somewhere on here some details about ASZ versus BLT power and how these outputs are often over "standard".

I can't find this thread and neither can the search - can someone enlighten me on likely power etc please??

Both tend to produce a bit more than 130bhp - the BLTs a bit more than the ASZs. 140+ isn't unheard-of for the ASZ, and 150+ has supposedly been recorded for some BLTs. BLTs do suffer from the '06 stutter' if unmodified, however. Both top out at about the same when mapped AFAIK...

My 07 plate BLT hit 147BHP on a known good RR, standard car.
