Just had a 10k annual inspection service and a brake fluid change on my Fabia Vrs at Pulman Durham for a very reasonable £144,service was £114 and the brake fluid change was supposed to be £59.95 but i managed to haggle them down to £30! All done in around an hour while i watched through the cafe window drinking "free" coffee...Good service and a lot cheaper than Benfield at Newcastle.

It's always worth a bit of haggling these days.

i got a 10k service done at Benfield for £60, i just supplied my own parts which cost £20, not bad and the parts where genuine!!

West End Skoda did the exact same service inc brake fluid change for £118 for me.

£144 still a fair price though
