Greetings all.

So I have two sets of remote locking keys - originally both sets work and now only one set works.

I have tried the various suggestions (from this website, other website's and the owners manual) of how to reprogramme the keys - but to no avail.

Both keys enable the ignition to be turned on and engine started.

I just spoke to the Skoda main dealer and they said to reprogramme the key is £30 + VAT. But then there may be something wrong with the transmitter device and a new one of those is about £36-37 + VAT - but I would need to take the car in of course...

Can anyone come up with any alternative options please?
