Hi Guys

This may be a dumb question , but is it true that one of the fans on the radiator is for the A.C unit? and if so should it activate when the AC is turned on ? and if it doesn/t does that mean that the Ac is knackered? as mine only works intermitently and how can i test the fan?

Both of the fans should come on when running the air con but they do go off after a few moments when at speed.

When I switch my air con on, they come on about 2 mins after switch on.

If they don't switch on it can be a sensor in the engine bay that can break, so look at something like this before any bigger probes.

The gas can be gone too.
