My Insurance Renewal

Featured Replies

It came through a few days a go - £629 for my Fabia vRS with 3 years no claims and a clean license with no mods (yet). Currently with Swiftcover but that advert is driving me nuts and may mod in the near future. Tried to get quotes with Directline and Tesco online and they won't even quote me. Tried a comparison site and the cheapest was £890 which was more than last year. Any suggestions?

All I can say with regards insurance (and remember it will be different for everybody - no two people are alike with regards insurance) is that this year whilst getting quotes for my Octy vRS, More Than were quite a bit cheaper than everywhere else I tried and they also offered me a really low excess (about £50) too.

Whist not on the comparison sites, I have to suggest you look at Chris Knott and Adrian Flux.

Both can be found in the partners section of the forums.

Both have been cheaper over the years for me than comparison sites with standard and modified cars, but every ones' situation is different.
