Most costly bit of warranty work ever!

Featured Replies

Put my VRS into Simpsons of Preston to have the rear screen replaced under warranty as it was de-laminating around the black area at the edge.

They carried this out efficiently (and the rear washer hose that came off the day before, and fitted a new 'parking ticket holder' that had broken at no cost). Great service

Whilst the car was in, I took the opportunity to drive their facelift Race Blue CR VRS demonstrator. They had only registered it that day, and I was the first person to take it out.

To cut a long story short, I was so impressed I have ordered one :D:D:D

It is a Race Blue CR VRS, and I have added Maxidot and a Spare Wheel. All of the other options on my current VRS, 18'' wheels, climate, cruise, electric rear windows, jumbo box/aux input are now all standard.

I have asked to pick it up on 1st September to get the new '59' plate. Can't wait!

That is crazy!

Gees must have been some test drive  .

According to new VRS sales pack and the Skoda website, maxidot is standard on the vRS. AFAIK.

The latest brochure on the Skoda UK website that includes the facelift vRS and the LE, states that Maxidot is an option on the FL and standard on the LE.

I haven't got access to the sales pack.

Cheers.
