A mates just had his KKK turbo fail on his Polo GT, he sent it off to Turbo Technics and they have hybridised the original KKK unit for £460 + vat. does this seem a little cheap to you guys? after having a drive in his polo it doesnt really seem a lot different to before but i suppose it does need mapping now as it has custom code 1 on at the moment.

that's about what C R Turbo Engineering wanted to hybridize my turbo, where it gets more costly is when they supply the (new) turbo that's getting worked over
