is the 12 point s hub nut the same for both front and rear?

i wanted two rear hub nuts for the rear of my fabia vrs so went to main dealer and they gave me these nuts (part no 6q0407396b) which i think is for the front hubs! in one of the threads on here i have seen a pic of a nut on the rear of someones fabia and its different because that was like an ordinary nylock nut with 12 points instead of six. on the ones i have received theres two tabs sticking out on the end!!:confused:

any light to this will help me a lot,

im going to adjust the camber/toe on the rear so will need to remove the nuts to get the stub axle off and have been told that the nuts have to be replaced once taken off
