Servicing in Norwich

Featured Replies

Evenin' all,

My TDi Fabia's up for it's first service soon. Anyone know what Robinsons in Norwich are like? Went to book it in today and it seemed quite swish, but the service department had closed at 12 (same old story!).

Do they do a good job and do they use the proper oil?!

Bought the car in Nottingham so don't know what the dealers are like round here!

Cheers for any advice.

Rob

There is no feedback on that dealer in our Reviews section. However MD1 may be able to help if you PM or e-mail him as he bought a Fabia Vrs from Robinsons in March of this year.

Robinsons have BMW and MB franchises in Norwich, hope they don't charge the same labour rate in the Skoda franchise :(

I've had my prev. car (Octavia 4X4) in with Robinson's Service Dept for servicing as well as a few other things. The experience has been quite OK esp. for servicing, tho' if you need parts replaced, there's normally some waiting time. Hope that helps
