Your project is very interesting can you give as some more details on how you managed to drive the additional injector and how you adjust how much more will be the fuel. Also do you measure the A/F ratio somehow? (You used the OEM oxygen sensor or some other special kit).

Hello, After all problems with additional injector (few times he popped out which caused fuel leak on the exhaust manifold !!! , problems with EGT ) i decided to install bigger injectors (330 ccm) and remove the additional one. Boost is now controlled by N75 and the fuel maps are managed by the SMT6 unit from PerfectPower. Future plans are to swap this archaic cosntruction 1.4 engine into a 1.8T propably AGU. Time will tell :) Then I'll be able to "eat" some diesel ones :D -estimated HP over 300 !!! With forged pistons and rods from Pauter.

Very nice job

@Dudi, before you had the original injectors for the MPI? How large are the original ones if you know?

And another question, if you have experience, how would this engine behave with no turbo, no software remap but just bigger injectors?

Cool!

A mate's just bought a 1.8T VAG engine to stick in his Mk 1 GTi. They are looking to make it RWD and 250 BHP.

LOL!

Dudi, very cool project, but like some guys said, i really want more details about this mod...

Dudi, i want to make a turbo conversion to my fabia 1.4 mpi, i just want to make the engine a little bit quicker, i already have the turbo and i have all the idea in my mind, but i don’t want to modify the ECU or the injectors, that dream really can happen? (i only want to boost it with 5 or 4 psi).

My other concern is about that when i fit the turbo all the dash bulbs and warning will turn on...if i relocate correctly all vacuum lines i will have problems any way?

what an epic thread, funny what the old search-a-roo can spring out of the deepest recesses of briskyland..... shame there aren't more hard core mentalists like this on here

if briskoda had a like button i would have clicked it for this thread

Very impressed, even though first post is from 2004 and lacking a how-to so complete dunces like me could contemplate it. But I suppose if you have the skill to do it then you have the know-how :D
