In my other life I'm a bit of a biker, there are plenty of companies that will set up your suspension properly on a bike and normally the difference is amazing.

Is there anyone that does this for cars?

I've got my coilovers on and soon my ARBs will be too but for all I know everything is to **** and not doing any good at all

Is there anywhere I could take my car whre they could align everything, make sure the coilovers are adjusted evenly ect ect???

there are plenty of places to get your car cornerweighted. i had it done on mine and it was a noticable difference. iirc i paid £160 to get it done.you can get it done at qquite a few places
