Just take the fuse out??

Featured Replies

We're loading our Octavia on to the motorail shortly and last time it rumbled through France overnight with the alarm going all the way. The problem is that you have to hand the keys over, so even if I disable the alarm with the door switch and key fob, they get in and drive it on to the train and lock it normally at which point it automatically resets itself. Will it cause any major problems if I just whip the alarm fuse out?? Any help or alternative suggestions gratefully received!

Best to leave them a note telling them to lock it twice i would have thought?
