have brought new bottom radiator mounts but what is the easiest way to change them as undoing the 4 screws doesnt allow the rad to move enough to slide them out!! dont want it turning into a major job!!

Remove the top 4 screws aswell to give you more movement. You might even want to take out the bolt holding one of the aircon components, just to gain more play.

It's awkward as hell, but you will get them out eventually! Lots of tea breaks will be needed to keep a cool head. I almost went ape changing mine!
