Hello everybody!

I am a 2001 octy TDI owner from Ireland that has been helped by posts found through google when fixing my octy and other VAG cars. You all seem like a great bunch of lads and lassie's so I thought I'd join and see if I could share my experience with anyone that might find it helpfull and have a bit of craic at the same time.

Enjoy your car, next step will be one up. The VRS! Trust me you wil be itching for the better experience! ENJOY! your new purchase, smile at all the other drivers with inferior cars but have the advanced warning that most drivers of mostly clios/ameras/beat up focus and even the odd punto will display some sort of an inferioriorty complex and make you drive SLOWER!!!! Let them appreciate the quality of the build of the Skoda, the large boot space and the amazing turn of pace when necessary. There problem not yours,adjust your defensive driving technique accordingly! You will find out what I mean if you drive the M8! !

Would love a VRS!, I normally like to change cars often but am kinda stuck with what I have at the mo as we are renovating our house, so the TDI is a perfect fit for now!
