I need a rear wiper blade for my vrs hatch.

I see they're "aero" design. Are they expensive?

I bought one for my TDI for just under 9 quid inc vat from the local dealer. I think you can purchase just the rubber (ie. without the clip) but didn't bother faffing around.

And the front ones?

Front ones, I just replaced on my PD140. I got mine from Halfords, £25 for both fronts and a doddle change (5 secs per side).

Just been quoted £6.18 inc vat for just the blade,not bad...

Recently went through the same process and replaced all three on my Octavia II. Was quotted £6.30 for rear (whole wiper, not just blade) and £30 for front pair. That was Fish Brothers Skoda - Swindon.

I bought the rear but took a chance on a pair from ebay for the front @ £15.

There wasn't an English character on the box but they were an exact replacement and work fine. We'll just have to see how long they last.

I had to buy two front wiper blades for my Octavia and the dealer here ion ireland wanted €32.50 + VAT (€39.48 inc VAT) EACH! Parts for any car in Ireland are crazy € 80.00 for two wiper blades Crazy!
