Jonno, maybe it is just how people perceive these cars, I agree it is higher than the old Mk I VRS I owned, but come on a Scout you're being daft.

Well, collected the new Limited Edition today.

First impressions are good, and the interior is very nice, I much prefer it to the MY08 VRS I traded in.

Now need to get a few miles on it to loosen everyting up

I order an LE Estate on 24th, once DVLA return my V5 as I have put my plate on retension, I can then take full advantage of the scrapage scheme and leap into the 21st century.

and others I have seen regarding the quality of the badge,does this mean there is know problem with the badge? I did think the badge on the back of the vehicle I am purchasing could look better.

The factory fitted badge on the tailgate is black with red lettering. The red lettering peels off very easily. My replacement one looks the same but the lettering is not stuck on. So yes, known problem
