I have noticed over the last few weeks that my Drivers seat has started creaking and after checking seams to be loose, I have checked the runners bolted to the floor and they seem fine as are the bolts holding the seat to the runners, is this a problem anyone else has had and solved? and am i safe to just unbolt the seat to get a better look? dont want to set off Airbag or srs system.

should be fine, has your seats got the side airbags? if so and your really worried of air bags disconnect the battery
