Featured Replies

You should be able to simply remove it but you'll want to blank off the pipe's that it is attached too also as otherwise you'll introduce a boost leak.

got a video of how it sounded mate?

No, really. There's no throttle on a diesel to protect, and the turbo's already got a wastegate, so a DV will serve no practical purpose. A CD of DV noises would be just as effective and loads cheaper! :P

At least the OP is asking how to remove it !

Come to his senses at last. ;)

hi mate do you want to sell that valve mate i may be intrested

What does it sound like fitted?!

Something like this i'd imagine...

Just sounds like a bad boost leak when it's not under load.

Air brakes anyone?

I was thinking of getting one, but after seeing that :orb_lol:

Love it :)

There is a red furby vRS down the street from me and he has one and it really does sound like a bus. On a diesel it's not needed, it's not big and it's not clever. Save the money and invest in brakes / clutch / rarb / remap and if you have all of those done and still have money to burn on a DV, then chop the fecker in and buy a petrol where it works :)
