What is the best Turbo upgrade for the 2002 Skoda Octavia VRS AUQ Engine?

I have seen an upgraded turbo on Ebay for £300 from a tuning company but I don't know if I can trust something that cheap, anyone had an experience with the turbo off Ebay?

Is there any particular company that I should be contacting?

Any help is greatly appreciated :thumbup:
