Can anyone recommend a good upholstery cleaner?....

Featured Replies

My TDi110 Elegance has light colour seats and trim. The seats get easily stained, especially when the kids spill their drinks despite me continually moaning at them not to leave bottles on them. I've tried steaming them, vaxing them and rubbing with a towel with various upholstery cleaners but nothing seems to get them really clean.

So can anyone recommend a product or method that works well?

Thanks in advance......

1001 is available in a pump action spray and works really well, also Auto Glym upholstery cleaner is ace. I used to have a SEAT Arosa which had really bad upholstery for showing water stains both those products could sort it though :-) I also swear by Pampers Baby wipes for cleaning upholstery and interior plastics.

I've used Ambersil Groom for years and always found it to be very good.

I had great results with Shout.

As used by valeters:- Ebay No. 310071577030

another vote for autoglym! ive also had good results with turtle wax upholstery cleaner. If that fails have you tried doing the whole seat rather than jus:tthe offendingpatch? sometimes i find this works better, hope you get it sorted! :thumb
