I would say no on the light one as i think all felicias are the same lights as they have always been. Fabia rear lights look completely different. Not sure on the bumpers though

No its not true.

Unless you can bodge them on then the Fabia lights will not fit the Felicia and I doubt the bumpers will either.

I never thought for a moment that these parts would fit the Felicia but ad's are misleading for the uninitiated. Obviously the trader is not familiar with either model, proving the longevity of the Skoda marque !!!

Seems to happen a lot - I've seen quite a few Fabia bits on eBay advertised as Felicia.
