Dog's testicles of a facelift vRS

Featured Replies

Went into Horton Skoda today to pick up two bolts and some clips to fit my driver's side underseat storage box, which still haven't arrived after being on order for about 2 months, and noticed they had 3 facelift vRS hatches on the forecourt.

One was red, DSG box, with dark wheels (which I didn't know you could order as standard) - sold

One race blue, manual

and then........

One in white, fitted Columbus, rear park sensors, maxidot, headlight washers (which possibly means xenons), and DSG with flappy paddles !!!! Sheer perfection. I just had to ring to see how much it was up for, only to be told it's not for sale as it's a demonstrator.

****** !

Having said that, I'm more than happy to keep hold of the van

So you do fancy a change then :)

Not really, Len, no.

Would be nice to have maxidot, jumbo box, flappy paddles, rear electric windows, rear parking sensors, xenons, headlamp washers.......

........but i don't need them.......

unless they made me the right offer, of course :)

I was in there on Saturday Brian, must admit they do look good dont they. :) I also had a look around the Superb in the show room. How much room in the back :eek::eek: was like a bloody limo in there. Would be tempted by the 3.2 V6 one in a few years. Most likely be the estate tho for the cool factor.

A Superb John ?

Think of your image ! :)

I think your vRS does the job amicably - much more in keeping with the planes you work on too

Don't suppose I could blag a flight next :D:D:D (only joking - I'd cack myself)

I got a bit excited there for a minute.... When you mentioned the red one i thought mine had turned up early, but its not due for another 3-4 weeks :(

That one was plated up, dark wheels, DSG with flappy paddles, but 'only' had a Bolero - tight wad, whoever it is  Looked smart with the dark wheels, but then I've got a bit of a thing for dark wheels (as per sig)

how have they managed dark wheels or wonder if th dealer has had it done for them. would love to get my wheels done

Think getting you a go in one might be a little trickier than your visit mate. i rekon if you dress up as a fit bird you might be in with a shout tho!!!

I honestly think the new superb looks awesome. Especially if it was lowered. Cant wait for a decent look at the new estate. ;)

if its a demo, they get rid of them at low mileage, put your name down for it for when they're ready to sell it on :D
