i was checking over my skoda fabia 1.4 2day getting it ready for my mot when i relised that both of lower front rear arm bushes are shot would any one know if thay are pressed in and would it be a diy job or garadge have put up pics of bush any info would be great

Its very common (in fact mine are shot also)

There are guides on here (on tech guides bit) but personally I will buy Seat bushes and get a garage to fit them as you will have to make up a couple of tools etc and once they are cut off etc you are commited

The powerflex bushes are just inserts (on website) so go for Seat ones and possibly change fronts too

they are console bushes mate,easy diy fix and if you do a search in the technical section there is even a very good guide too:thumbup:
