Fabia Door Leak - 2 garage trips & still not fixed!

Featured Replies

Don't loose faith... Stick with the Fabia, they do have there little issues like this but on the whole they're a decent and dependable car.

Seeing as your warranty has run out I'd be tempted to find a decent independent VAG specialist. The Engine in the vRS is used in several other VWs, Audis and Seats so you can be confident they'll be familiar with the trickier parts :D:thumbup:

  • Hi there, I've stuck the photo in my reply so people can see, hope you don't mind;) You have got leaking carrier seals as the water should drain out of the bottom of the door onto the sill, not onto

Yeah, i do love the speed and people not expecting it to be fast! Forgive my lack of knowledge, but what does VAG stand for?

Volkswagen Audi Group (I think, may have changed at some point to Volkswagen Auto Group)... but you get the idea ;)

Hi guys, followed the guide and the back door hasn't leaked since, but noticed it started on the front. How easy is it to get the front drivers side door trim off??

Cheers
