I hope someone may be able to help me with a problem I have.

I have an 01 Fabia Comfort. My steering wheel is not dead centre when i am driving straight. It veers off slightly to my left. at the same time the front left hand side wheel (my left) makes a droning sound. When I striaghten up the steering wheel dead centre or turn it right, the droning stops.

I have recently had the hub on this wheel and wishbone replaced following SERIOUS noise coming from the wheels of the car when driving straight, left or right! and hoped this would solve the problem, but its still there. It seems to be a problem with the steering wheel although I could be wrong.

Any ideas?

Hiya.

Your problem is an odd one and no mistake! I think it's going to be either different sized tyres left and right (check size markings on both are the same) or something with the PAS.
