Hello to all

Just Purchased 2007 Octavia 1.9 Tdi DSG Elegance - I'm a taxi driver . My last car was a mondeo which i had for 5 years and put 250000 miles on it fairly trouble free . I always wanted a octavia so hopefully it will be as good to me as the mondeo . I only have it a few days but the dsg box is a dream to drive. There is only 8000 miles on the clock . anything i should watch out for or help in fuel economy etc. . As i said i only have it a few days and i already find myself slipping it into S instead of D when I want to overtake which i hope is ok to do when car is moving but i guess not too good on mpg in S mode . I never had a auto before . Also waiting for replacement manual so the climate control unit is a bit of a mystery . i understand the basic concept but as diff between auto and econ and diff setting i'll wait for book . anyway so far so good so hope it stays that way ....
