Hi guys, hoping to get an answer here for my issue.

 

Is there any way to horizontally adjust the lens only (main beam) by any chance? Seems like mine is off center towards the exterior on the LH/NS headlight and for the life of me I can't figure it out at all !? Tried adjusting all 3 nuts (the one at the back and the 2 at the front but those don't do the trick. Any other adjustments in the headlight itself that might do it?

I've attached pics of both headlights for comparison and the back of the defective one

You'd need physically separate main and dip beam reflectors to do this. Sorry.

Buy different headlights! I already told you that the reflector is one piece each side, so you can not change the aim of the dip relative to the main beam.

Ensure bulb is correctly fitted.

@KenONeill my bad, was only moving the lens a bit (1 full rotation of the screws) so I couldn't notice any improvement, the headlight is fine.

 

I managed to get the lens centered using the low beam adjustment screws. 

I've fitted the headlight back in and waiting for it to get dark so I can adjust it a bit.

Will most likely take into a garage for final adjustments as my MOT is due within 4 weeks.
